10. Use of artificial intelligence
Workendo uses Google Gemini to extract text from documents (OCR). Important information:
- It is only used for text extraction, not for making decisions about people.
- Processed data is not used to train AI models.
- All results require human verification before being saved.
- More information is available in Settings > Legal > AI Transparency.
11. Data protection
If you are a business (B2B)
Your organisation is the data controller for the data you enter (employees, assets, etc.). Workendo acts as the data processor. The relationship is governed by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), available in Settings > Legal.
If you are an individual user (B2C)
Workendo is the data controller for your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.
12. Limitation of liability
- Workendo is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that OCR results will be perfectly accurate.
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect damages, except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
- These limitations do not affect the rights granted to consumers and users by law.
13. Changes to these conditions
We may modify these conditions with a minimum of 30 days' notice by email and a notice on the platform. If you do not agree, you may cancel before they take effect.
